Live and Learn with Amanda is our version of the industry’s standard Board and Train, with many big differences. Your dog will live with Amanda, inside her home as one of her own dogs. This allows her to train “inside the house” behaviors like not jumping up on countertops, greeting company, and so much more. Amanda will also take your dog out and about town to reinforce the learning in new, fun and distracting environments. This allows your dog to practice their new skills in different environments before you take them home. You will receive two thorough lessons with Amanda. The first lesson will be at the completion of the program. The second will be about two week later, to check in and see how everyone is doing now that your dog is home, making training adjustments if needed. You will also receive written instructions with training details so that you are equipped to continue reinforcing your dog's new behaviors once the program is complete. We only take one or, very rarely, two dogs at a time for this program. This allows Amanda to dedicate hours of time each day to your dog and the behaviors you are wanting to improve. This completely customizable program is great for a busy family or a wonderful alternative to boarding your dog while you're away from home.
